Privacy notice

The Google Analytics retention settings are described below. The company is still confirming its enquiry-record retention schedule and completing its service-provider and international-transfer information. Contact us for clarification before submitting sensitive information.

Contact and quotation requests

The form collects your name, email address and telephone number, your permission to respond, and any optional company, country, product, quantity, destination or specification details you choose to provide. We use this information to evaluate and respond to your enquiry, including taking steps towards a potential business contract. Please do not include payment-card details, passwords or sensitive personal information.

Processing needed to respond to your request for a quotation or take pre-contractual steps is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where applicable. Where processing relies on your consent, Article 6(1)(a) applies; you may withdraw that consent by contacting us, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in the website database and can be reviewed through the restricted owner admin panel. The separate article-writing account does not provide access to enquiries. If email alerts are enabled, the alert contains an enquiry reference and a link to the protected admin panel, not your form contents.

Website operation and security

The hosting infrastructure processes connection information to deliver pages and protect the service. The enquiry endpoint uses a short-lived hashed request identifier to limit repeated submissions; the rate-limit table does not store raw IP addresses. Access to the content editor uses a necessary session cookie.

Optional Google Analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits to public pages and count successfully received enquiries. The Google tag is not loaded before you accept analytics. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the website or sending an enquiry. Analytics does not run on our admin or sign-in pages.

When you accept, Google receives technical information such as browser and device information and processes your connection to its service. Analytics cookies identify a browser, not an account with PANTEX. Our page and enquiry events exclude query strings, URL fragments, your contact details and message contents. We do not enable Google Signals or advertising personalization in this integration.

Your analytics choice is stored in this browser’s local storage for 180 days. Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_VCKHTB6SGN) are configured to expire after 180 days without extending their expiry on each visit. You can reject analytics or withdraw consent at any time below or through the footer; we stop collection and remove these cookies from this domain. Withdrawal does not erase information previously collected by Google.

Google Analytics is configured to retain user-level and event-level data for two months. Resetting retention on new user activity is switched off, so a returning visit does not restart the user-data retention period. These controls do not affect most standard reports based on aggregated data. This two-month setting is separate from the 180-day browser preference and cookie lifetimes described above and does not set the retention period for enquiries stored by PANTEX.

This optional processing is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Google Analytics is provided in Europe by Google Ireland Limited and may involve processing outside the EEA. The Google Ads Data Processing Terms applicable to this Analytics account were accepted on 14 September 2026. The company is completing its information about applicable international-transfer safeguards. Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to a data-protection supervisory authority. Contact us using the email above to exercise your rights or ask about the basis for a particular use of your data.

External websites have their own privacy practices. Opening an external link may share connection information with its operator.
